Personal Training. Built Around You.
Whether you arrive with a race date, an injury to train around or a change you want to see by a particular month, a coach builds the plan around your goal, your starting point and what your week allows, then takes you through it session by session. It happens in the PT Lab, the coaching room off the class floor at Glo Damansara, TTDI.

Close and quiet. One to one, not a class. Centre safe: this crop trims both sides.
When One Plan Beats a Class.
Classes do most of the work for most people, most of the time. One-to-one earns its money in the cases a class cannot reach: a shoulder that needs training around rather than through, a race with a date on it, or a specific goal that has to land by a particular month rather than eventually.
That work happens in the PT Lab. One coach learns your body and your history, writes the programme against it, and is in the room for every rep of it.

Very wide crop. Compose for a letterbox, not a normal frame.
What Changes with a Coach.
Every session runs in the PT Lab with a coach beside you from the warm-up to the last set.

One Coach, Paying Attention
Your coach learns your history in the first session and still has it in the fortieth: which knee, which lift you rush when you are tired, what your week looks like when work gets busy. The session in front of you gets adjusted from what they can see that day.
-
A Plan Built around One Person
Your programme is written for your body, your calendar and your goal, which means a race build looks nothing like a return from a shoulder injury, and neither looks much like twelve weeks of putting size on.
-
Written Down before You Start
You see the whole block up front: which lifts, how they climb, and roughly what you should be lifting by week six. Nothing about the plan is a surprise you find out about on the day.
-
Whatever the Goal Needs
Lifting, conditioning, rehab and hypertrophy, mixed in the proportion your goal calls for and reordered when the goal changes. A class gives everyone in the room the same session; here the session is written after your coach has looked at your last four weeks.
-
Everything Gets Logged
Loads, reps and body composition, written down every session and reviewed every week. When a lift stalls for a fortnight your coach sees it in the log before you feel it on the floor, and the plan changes.
-
It Sticks
A session in the diary and a coach expecting you is a much harder thing to skip than an intention to train more.
How It Works.
- 01
Assess
Your first session is a conversation, a movement screen and a body-composition scan: where your body is now, what it has been trained to do, and where it tends to break down. Everything after that is built on what happened in that hour.
- 02
Program
Your coach writes the block and shows it to you: which lifts, what loads, how they climb week to week, and what you should be hitting by the end of it. Blocks run six weeks, and the next one is written from how the last one went.
- 03
Coach
Sessions run in the PT Lab, on the machines the plan calls for. Your coach reviews the log every week and moves the plan when the numbers move.
Frequently Asked Questions
What Happens in the First Session?
A chat about goals and history. A movement screen. A body-composition scan. Then the coach builds the plan and the work starts. Nobody leaves guessing where they stand.
Can Personal Training Help Me Train for HYROX or a Race?
Yes. A coach programs the whole build around the race date. Strength, engine work, and the specific movements the event demands, adjusted as the day gets closer. Most people pair it with HYROX Complete at the weekend.
How Many Sessions a Week Do I Need?
One to three for most people, often alongside classes. A coach sets the rhythm to fit the goal and the calendar.
Can I Do PT alongside Classes?
Yes. Most do. One-to-one hits the specific goals. Classes keep the engine and the community going. A coach makes the two add up instead of clash.
How Much Does Personal Training Cost?
Depends on how often and which package. Ask a coach, or check the packages on the booking page for current rates.
Where Is the PT Lab?
Inside REP HYBRID at Glo Damansara, TTDI. Minutes from Damansara Utama, Damansara Kim, Bandar Utama and Petaling Jaya. Easy from across KL.
Should I Do Personal Training or Chisel?
Come to PT when the plan has to be yours: an injury to train around, a race with a date on it, or a goal that has to land by a particular month. Chisel is the same coaching applied to a programme written for a class of twelve, so it is the cheaper way in if your goal is simply to lift well and get stronger. Plenty of people do both.
Start with a Conversation.
Tell us the goal and where you're starting. That books a consult, a chat, a movement screen, then a plan. No charge, no hard sell.
